Look forward to a farm holiday with half board
Located right on the Chestnut Path and the Siebenkirchen Path at 900 m above sea level, the farm Saderhof is waiting to be discovered by you. The Bacher family offers you a holiday accommodation on the family-run farm, which will soon become your home.
Besides cosy guest rooms on the farm, the Saderhof has a lot more to offer: After your arrival, you may leave your car in our parking lot and take a look around. You will find an herbs and vegetable garden, a terrace and a meadow with barbecue area, a pool for happy water fun, a lounge for rainy days, a playground, and a games room, as well as a dining room where you may enjoy delicious dishes and farm products as part of our half-board service.

Are you looking for a quiet accommodation in Bressanone, surrounded by mountains, meadows, and forests? At the farm Saderhof all your holiday dreams will come true! Rent a room in our farm guesthouse, and look forward to clean rooms with a panoramic view. In our approx. 20 square meter rooms, two to four persons find plenty of space to feel completely at ease.
All rooms are equipped with a TV and have a free wireless internet connection. The rooms also have a bathroom with shower, WC, and hairdryer. If you book a room with a balcony, in the morning – right after waking up – you may step outside and enjoy the fresh air and the first rays of sunshine.
Book your room with breakfast or half board
At the farm Saderhof you may book your room on the farm with breakfast or half-board. In our breakfast room, every morning we prepare a buffet with bread and pastries, fruit spreads, butter, cold cuts, eggs, yoghurt, and cereals. Also, cookies, fruit, marmalades, honey, Nutella, and juices are available at breakfast. Take your time and fill your belly up for an adventurous vacation day in the Isarco Valley!
If you would like to enjoy homemade specialties, book your room on the farm with half-board and look forward to a delicious three-course dinner with salad buffet. In the spring and during the autumn months – the time for Törggelen – you may also enjoy our full-board service and discover the taste of traditional South Tyrolean dishes.

Prices and discounts
The prices apply for every person and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 persons and given a minimum stay of 2 nights.
For a doubleroom for only one person we have a extra charge of 10,00€ at night, in the high season until 30,00€ at night.
For a room with balcony we have a extra charge of 10,00€ for each room.
The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, TV and wireless connection, electricity and heating, final cleaning and all fees and taxes, except local tax
The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (January 2024: 2,40 € per day and person above 14 years of age)
Extras and drinks will be charged separately
Discounts for children:
When your childrens sleep in their parents’ room (given two full-rate adults), our younger guests are entitled to big discounts:
- Kids up to 2.99 years stay with us free of charge.
- Kids up to 7.99 years only pay 50%.
- Kids up to 13.99 years only pay 70%.
- Kids from 14 years only pay 85%.
- Toddler equiptment for free upon request
Pets:
For your four-legged family members we charge 10 € per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Booking:
Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed
Additional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 100,00 € per week has been paid.

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We will also apply the below cancellation conditions.
Payment: Please pay cash on site. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 2.000 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14:00. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14:00. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10:00. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation insurance:
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):
You may cancel your reservation until 45 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit. In case of a cancellation between 44 days before arrival and the booked day of arrival, following cancellation fees apply:
cancellation until 15 days before arrival: 40% of the full price, cancellation until 8 days before arrival: 60% of the full price, cancellation less than 8 days before arrival: 70% of the full price.
In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to pay 70% of the entire booking period.
Please let us know if you are unable to compete your holidays.
